My cars have never been in anything, yet! So I thought I would start of with this, a pilot you might say (the reason I hope will become obvious in a minute).
Back in 1983 I was pleased to discover that a car I knew well had just appeared in a music video for a singer heading for the top of the charts, Joan Armatrading and “Drop The Pilot”
The car in this video that has appeared in many films over the years is Denis Cookson’s 1924 Sunbeam 14/40.
Denis is no longer with us, so it is good to see that Denis’ nephew Stephen is keeping the car going and regularly turning up at UDCVS events.
